Wood-fired ovens have the best historical record for producing great pizza, but those good results come at a heavy cost. Our Haraka Oven affords users the enviable ability to produce pizzas without compromising the environment. They are gas-powered and therefore clean and economical.

 The ideally cooked pizza is subjected to very high heat to bake rapidly and uniformly. If the oven isn't hot enough and the pizza takes longer than 1.5-2 minutes to cook, the result will be a a pizza of compromised quality. A longer cook time means the pizza will be dry and hard. The “flash” cooking times of a wood-fired oven are reproduced with excellent success in the construction of the Haraka Oven.

The Haraka Oven is extremely compact which allows great pizza to be produced in a fraction of the space usually taken up by wood-fired ovens. It is ready to operate in only 15 minutes and does not require hours of warm up time. Best of all anyone can produce high quality pizza with this Oven. The question we are asked most frequently is how the Haraka Oven can be useful when it cooks only one pizza at a time The answer is simple. A skilled supplier will own and operate 3 or 4 of our very affordable Haraka Ovens, which may be operated simultaneously. When demand is minimal, one or two ovens suffice while the others are on standbuy. This is significantly more economical than operating a wood fired oven which must be constantly stoked regardless of demand.
